Elena Merzon presented a report on the ideas of M.I. Makhmutov in the development of a modern approach to the training of qualified personnel.

Pedagogical readings "Studies of Mirza Ismailovich Makhmutov in the field of vocational education: a look into the future" were held in the capital of Belarus. The organizer of the conference under the auspices of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus was the Republican Institute of Vocational Education (RIPO).

The speakers of pedagogical readings were scientists, specialists, teachers, undergraduates of universities and colleges in Belarus and Russia. The plenary session was opened by the report of the director of Elabuga Institute of KFU Elena Merzon, who spoke on the topic "Ideas of M.I. Makhmutov in the development of a modern approach to building a model for training qualified workers and employees". The speaker outlined key problems in training personnel and possible ways to solve them.
