The Higher School of Business has held another launch on the DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) program. In addition to Russian students, the new group includes members from Oman.  To study on the DBA program, the duration of which is 4 years, you must meet the following requirements: at least 7 years of managerial experience, an MBA or Ph.D. Students of the program are business owners, senior executives focused on systematizing management knowledge and applying best practices to improve business efficiency, as well as experienced heads of functional units seeking to develop a managerial career.

 At the opening ceremony, the Dean of the business school, the head of the DBA program, Doctor of Economic Sciences, prof. Alsu R. Akhmetshina greeted the new students, thanked them for making the decision to study at the Higher School of Business, presented the DBA program - the highest professional degree in business management, logically following the MBA stage in business education, focused on the development of professional, personal and research qualities of a leader. The Dean noted that the program consists of several blocks: modern directions of business development and management tools, methodology of scientific research and economic analysis, thematic seminars, round tables, master classes, training provides for independent scientific and applied research, the program ends with the preparation and defense of a doctoral dissertation. At the end of her speech, Alsu Rinatovna wished the audience success in mastering this responsible and comprehensive business education program.

 The scientific supervisor of the DBA program, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Head of the Department of Economic Theory and Policy of the RANEPA under the President of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Economics, prof. Abel Gezevich Aganbegyan greeted the new students. The academician emphasized that the Doctor of Business Administration is the highest management degree intended for top managers and management specialists with extensive practical experience, noted the research and scientific components of the DBA program, congratulated the audience on the beginning of a new important stage in their life, which will allow them to achieve new professional successes, wished everyone good health, interesting and productive teamwork.
