On June 24, 2021, the Laboratory of intelligent robotic systems (LIRS) of the Institute of Information Technology and Intelligent Systems (ITIS) was visited by a delegation from the Tashkent region, Uzbekistan, accompanied by the Vice-rector of KFU for External Relations Timirkhan Alishev and the Vice-rector of KFU for biomedical direction Andrey Kiyasov.

During the meeting, a senior lecturer Roman Lavrenov gave the guests a tour around the laboratory: he told about research and the projects carried out by employees and students of LIRS. The guests appreciated the scientific potential of the laboratory and its equipment with robots.
