The phenomenon of educational resilience is investigated at the Elabuga Institute of KFU

Scientists have identified factors of effectiveness and ineffectiveness of schools.

The problem of assessing the success of schools in the context of integration of school and university education became the basis of the study "the State and factors of the increasing resiliance of educational organizations by means of social partnership "University - school"". The head of the Department of pedagogy, associate Professor, candidate of pedagogical Sciences, Olga Shatunova shared the results, which were obtained by the project team during the first stage of work.

The scientists have conducted a detailed analysis of resilient schools in order to determine the features allowing getting results higher than the target ones. The survey involved 3,656 respondents, including students from schools, teachers and parents. Based on the results of research on educational resilience, a list of the so-called "unfavorable conditions" that complicate the work of schools is specified. The General features of schools that characterize resilient general educational establishments are also identified. So, in effective educational institutions, teachers use a variety of educational technologies, attend classes of colleagues every month and believe in their students, as well as in the value of their studies, not a certificate. Students in these schools have a positive attitude to learning, which is more focused on mathematics, logical thinking, sports and communication. Parents boldly turn to the teacher in case of difficulties, encourage children's achievements financially.

The result of the study will be a model of improvement of educational resilience, which will help schools become more effective.
