For the first time, Higher School of Business KFU participated in the QS Global MBA Rankings

For the first time, Higher School of Business KFU participated in the QS Global MBA Rankings and ranked in the 201+ range in the world and in the 61+ range among European universities. The MBA program was assessed.

Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) is a leading global network that specializes in career and education. The company not only organizes the world's largest business education events, such as The QS World MBA Tour or The QS World Executive MBA Tour, but also publishes authoritative rankings of universities and MBA programs on an ongoing basis, one of which is the QS Global MBA Rankings.

After passing the selection procedure, this year's global MBA ranking includes 258 MBA programs from 40 countries. The selection criteria were offline training in MBA programs, the minimum number of students in a group of 15 people, international accreditation of the program by international organizations - AACSB (Association for the Development of University Business Schools), AMBA (Association of MBAs), EFMD (European Foundation for Management Development - according to EQUIS, European quality improvement system). 37 904 employers, 34 971 representatives of the academic community took part in the polls, 27 831 university graduates were evaluated.

The QS Global MBA Rankings methodology is based on the following five broad indicators: employment, return on investment, entrepreneurship and graduates, academic excellence, academic groups and their diversity.

In terms of aggregated indicators, the best results were achieved in the following areas: "entrepreneurship and graduates" - 122nd in the world (37th in Europe), "return on investment" - 170th (55th in Europe).

In the context of detailed indicators (13 in total), HSB KFU achieved the best results in the following areas: "graduate entrepreneurs" (100 points out of 100 possible), "payback period for the cost of training by students" (90.4 points), "graduate degree of the teaching staff" (49, 6 points).

KFU Rector Ilshat Rafkatovich Gafurov noted that the results of this rating demonstrate the ability of Higher School of Business of Kazan University to give its students the opportunity to undergo high-quality training under international-level programs, thereby proving its right to be considered one of the best business schools in Russia and Europe.
