Camp 'Burevestnik' accepts students of Elabuga and Naberezhnye Chelny institutes of KFU

More than 80 students of two universities are engaged in sports and recreation camps

Sports and recreation camp «Burevestnik» is a favorite place for educational practice and active recreation of students. Now students of the faculties of psychology and pedagogy, management and economics, foreign languages, as well as students of the Naberezhnye Chelny Institute of KFU spend their time productively in the camp.

It’s important to note that for students, the shift isn’t only entertaining, but also educational, because for students there is a training practice.

According to the curators, such profile shifts contribute not only to the formation of students' competencies necessary for their further teaching activities, but also teach them to work together, strengthen team spirit and influence the personal growth of each student.

If students complete academic tasks before lunch and communicate with their teachers online, then active recreation begins. Neptune day on hot days, sports competitions, «Secret friend», intellectual quizzes, impromptu concerts – one of the most anticipated and favorite events of every vacationer.

«This isn’t my first time in the camp, but before that I only went to sports camps. This is a new experience for us, because we participate in events and study during the profile shift. I like the atmosphere of students, the opportunity to discover something new and interesting, try yourself in a new field of activity, make new acquaintances,» said Matvey Sizanov, a student of the faculty of psychology and pedagogy.

The student of the Naberezhnye Chelny Institute of KFU Aigul Ilalova said about experiences at the camp «Burevestnik»: «I’m a first-year student and this is my first time at the camp «Burevestnik». From the first minutes I liked the camp. I’m glad that on the second day we became close, support and help each other, the atmosphere in the squad became warmer. The camp has many sports events, incendiary discos, and a cool DJ. I’m delighted with the clean air and, of course, delicious food.»

It’s important to note that due to the pandemic, the camp is organized with all necessary sanitary and hygienic measures in mind.
