In accordance with the Order №484 of the Minister of science and higher education of the Russian Federation of March 25, 2020 (On implementation measures for the Order №206 of the President of the Russian Federation “On non-working days”) and with the objective to provide sanitary and epidemiological safety for the citizens on the territory of the Russian Federation, the vacation period from March 28 to April 05, 2020 is granted to all the students of Kazan Federal University.

Considering the gravity of the current situation, all international students are strongly recommended to avoid taking trips on the territory of Russia and the Republic of Tatarstan as well as not to leave their places of residence at the Universiade Village, other KFU dormitories and rented apartments.

If such a temporary trip is the case of emergency, the student shall 1) notify Deputy Director/ Dean for international affairs, Specialist responsible for youth affairs, Dormitory (house) Head and Dean’s Office in advance on the corresponding reason, time, period and destination of this trip; 2) send an email to oiskpfu@gmail.com in advance, stating reason, time, period and destination of this trip.  

Upon his/her arrival back to Kazan, the student shall be subject to the health monitoring regime for the period of 14 consecutive calendar days.

Please be informed that the academic activity will be resumed in the online format after the vacation period is over.

Apart from that please take into account that from March 27, 2020 Russia suspends all international flights for an undefined period of time.
