Experts from all over Russia will come to IPO KFU to discuss the problems of prevention and correction of victim behavior of students on the Internet

The Institute of Psychology and Education of KFU with the assistance of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research will hold a round table on one of the most acute problems for Russia.

Problems of prevention and correction of victim behavior of college students on the Internet will be the main topic of discussion among experts on victimization issues, scientific and pedagogical workers, undergraduates and graduate students who will become participants in the roundtable held on November 21 at the IPO KFU.

To analyze and generalize various approaches to creating a safe educational environment in a university; to study the current state of the problem of victimization of youth on the Internet, to identify factors, causes, mechanisms of victim behavior, to exchange experience in organizing psychological and pedagogical prevention and correction of victim behavior of student youth in a global network - these are the main goals of the event.

But the main thing, according to the round table co-organizer, IPO Deputy Director Roza Valeeva, is to develop new approaches and leading principles for correcting and preventing students' victim behavior on the Internet.

All participants will receive certificates of participation.

The round table is held at the Institute of Psychology and Education of Kazan Federal University. The round table began on November 21, 2019 at 13.30 at the address: Kazan, st. Mezhlauka, 1.
