This is due both to internal initiatives within the framework of national projects and to external challenges related to the export requirements of Russian education. Our education must be competitive. Of course, this cannot be done without the initiatives that are born within universities, but any initiative must be supported, the necessary conditions must be created so that it develops to a certain extent and its effectiveness can be evaluated, ”T.
