Verification by Rosobrnadzor of the main educational programs of higher education at Kazan University showed that one of the most difficult moments is the teachers' understanding of the tasks and technologies of the formation and use of assessment funds (FOS).

In this regard, the Department of Pedagogy of the Higher School of the Institute of Psychology and Education held a training workshop "Development of funds for assessment tools to determine the level of competencies of students of pedagogical magistracy", the participants of which were teachers of Kazan University: teachers of the Institute of Psychology and Education, Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics, Chemical Institute named after A.M. Butlerov, Institute of Physics, Lyceums KFU.

The organizer of the workshop, the head of the pedagogical magistracy Regina Sakhieva, the main purpose of the meeting identified the development of unified approaches to the development of educational programs in our university.

She noted that FOS is a set of control and measuring materials and methods of their use, designed to measure the level of achievement by a student of the established learning outcomes.

 “After analyzing the work programs of specialized disciplines, we drew attention to certain points that cause certain difficulties in determining the FOS,” Regina Gennadyevna explained. - Due to the need for a comprehensive assessment of the level of formation of competencies and students' readiness for professional activity, the requirements of the updated FSES HE, interaction with relevant institutes as the main topics at the seminar, we identified the fundamental theoretical principles and features of the FSL in the activity format.

 The speaker spoke about the willingness of the teaching staff to develop unified approaches and test the FSF in an active format and bring FSB in line with the competencies of the FSES HE and labor actions from the professional standard.

IPO experts, analyzed in detail the typical mistakes that teachers made during the preparation of the OPOP, provided methodological assistance in the development of assessment funds.

 

Participants in the training seminar were offered a model of the physical education institution, types, forms and methods of monitoring the educational results of the Federal State Educational Standards, an algorithm for the development of physical education, a model for evaluating the results of mastering a discipline.

The master class, which was given by Inna Golovanova, associate professor of higher education at the Institute of Psychology and Education, helped, according to the participants in the seminar, formulate an algorithm for the formation of educational programs, determine the prospects for the development of reference funds for assessment tools and ways to improve the system.

The workshop was accompanied by many illustrations and practical examples.

In general, experts emphasized the importance of the model of the Federal Educational Program for determining the level of competence formation of students of pedagogical magistracy.

“Without competencies, skills and practical experience, competencies are not formed, and without competencies, knowledge does not appear in practice,” the speakers concluded.
