Scientists of the Institute of psychology and education took part in the II all-Russian forum of preschool education workers "childhood Landmarks"

On August 26, 2019, the II all-Russian forum of preschool education workers "childhood Landmarks"was held.  The largest forum for specialists in the field of preschool education in Russia. This year about 10 000 teachers from all regions of Russia became its participants. The mission of the forum is to get acquainted with new speakers and vectors of preschool education development, an incentive for professional and personal growth. The forum was attended by the staff of the Institute of psychology and education associate Professor Tvardovskaya A. A., senior lecturer Garifullina A. M.

Speakers of the forum are leading experts in the field of preschool education, psychologists, teachers-innovators. E. Dorofeeva, President Of the Association for the development of quality of preschool education in her report reflected the key problems and hidden reserves of modern preschool education. These problems were: the Association of schools and preschool institutions in common educational structure, staffing optimization, improved representation of groups over standards, a large number of deliverables, excessive control and supervision, low involvement of parents, an insufficient number of specialists for the education of young children, the lack of unity in the criteria for assessing the quality of preschool education.  Newton. Ryzhova, doctor of pedagogical Sciences, Professor, author of the program for preschool education "Our home is nature" the theme of her speech was " the World from the point of view of the child: do we always understand children?".  I. Komarova, Vice-rector for science Of the international pedagogical Academy of preschool education, an expert of the Agency for strategic initiatives in her report considered the phenomenon of" Educational gap", its causes and ways of overcoming. The key conditions, according to the speaker, to overcome the gap can be: a full-day kindergarten, the level of training of teachers is not lower than the bachelor, small groups of children (5-6 people), home visit of the family of pupils. Head of the Department of age psychology of the faculty of preschool pedagogy and psychology of MPSU E. Izotova noted in the report the emotional and cultural reality of the preschool-post-millennial.  The speaker reflected the trends of children's development in the XXI century: intellectualization of the emotional sphere of the child, the emergence of new institutions, spaces of socialization (subcultural, informational, consumer), assignment of advertising scenarios of life. In the report of the rector of the International pedagogical Academy of preschool education, editor-in-chief of the journal "Modern preschool education", doctor of psychological Sciences, Professor N. Verax's "Childhood as the child and society" presents a key insight into children's spaces implementation, the characteristic of childhood as the relationship as a form of visiting child their own individual significance.

The participants of the forum discussed and put forward the Manifesto of educators of Russia, the main postulates of which were: quality preschool education as the basis for the welfare of the state, the child's personality – the main value, support for children's initiatives, and preschool education - a unique form of children's development, not a service.
