KAZAN FEDERAL UNIVERSITY FACULTY ARE PRESENTING AT ACADEMIC CONFERENCES ON ALL CONTINENTS!

Summer is for sure time for vacations! But it is also a good opportunity for university faculty to participate in science events without looking for substitute teachers.

Tatiana S. Pimenova, a faculty of the Department of Bilingual and Digital Education of Kazan Federal University took part in the International Conference «Meeting Diverse Needs through Professional Connections» that was organized by the Consortium on Graduate Communication at George Mason University (Washington DC, USA) in June, 2019.

The Consortium on Graduate Communication is an international association whose members provide professional development in written, oral, and multimodal communication to students before and during their (post-)graduate academic and professional programs. CGC members work with graduate students in their first and second/additional languages. CGC’s primary activities include face-to-face and online opportunities to discuss and share resources, pedagogy, research, curricula, and program models for graduate communication. The Consortium was created in April, 2014, and gathered over 500 members in at least 27 countries.

Tatiana S. Pimenova made a presentation "Grad Students’ Scientific Research Work: Perspectives and Concerns". The immediate plans of Tatiana Sergeevna include a joint publication of a scientific article with a colleague from George Mason University. Well done!
