The main report was made by students.

Rector Ilshat Gafurov, Vice-Rector for Social Work Arif Mezhvedilov and Vice-Rector for Construction and Maintenance Lenar Safiullin listened to student Salavat Galiev, one of the key co-creators of the new concept.

“We have our vision, and we want students to inhabit the place,” commented Dr. Gafurov.

The renovation plan covers a significant territory, starting from the stairs to the Lenin Garden in the backyard of the Second Building and up to the Rector’s Garden in the courtyard of the Main Building. The works are supposed to make the territory more palatable for visitors and for events that can enliven the places.

After talking in the office, the participants moved around the discussed locations and visualized the proposed changes.

The next discussion is slated to happen after the design project is finalized.
