The task of employing graduates is one of the most relevant for Russian universities. Here and within the framework of the concept of practice-orientedness adopted at KFU at the university, students meet with leaders and representatives of well-known companies and organizations.

At this time, graduate students of the Institute of Psychology and Education KFU was invited to a meeting with potential employers - representatives of educational institutions of the republic.
But the main news was the fact that in 2019, for the first time, the Institute of Psychology and Education received a request from municipal educational organizations: schools, kindergartens — for specialists in the field of education psychology. More than 20 psychologists are waiting in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk.

“The need for psychologists in educational institutions has become an objective necessity,” explained Larisa Bayanova, head of the department of educational psychology at the KFU IPO. - There are two reasons for the increased interest in the activities of psychologists: firstly, the riskiness of modern schools throughout the world is obvious, and secondly, psychologists in schools have become subjects of development - psychologists are assigned the tasks of designing an educational environment, developing children and adolescents.
