3,000 international students joined this year's gala concert on 16th November.
The festival was organized by the Universiade Village Student Association and the International Friendship Club and supported by Russian Federal Agency for Youth Affairs and Youth Resource Center.
During the run-up to the gala, international students spent two months partaking in sports, intellectual contests, culinary exhibitions, and arts performances. A number of workshops were held for professionals engaged in international student policies.
Naturally, song and dance were the most prominently represented performances, with the latter being at the forefront this year. The spectators were lucky to see Tajik, Korean, Ecuadorian, Tatar, Kazakh and other folk dances.
Apart from the concert programs, an award ceremony was held for the most active participants of the festival.
