Vice-rector for Research of KFU D.K. Nurgaliev met with the main scientific employee of the University of Arizona Danielle S. McNamara, a world-class expert in the field of Intelligent Tutoring Systems

On August 27, 2018, the meeting of Vice-rector of KFU D.K. Nurgaliev with Danielle S. McNamara, Ph.D., professor of the Department of Psychology and principal researcher at the University of Arizona took place. Dr. McNamara, Visiting Professor of the International Summer Linguistic School "Game-Based Intelligent Tutoring Systems” (Leo Tolstoy IPIC, August 23-29, 2018), is a world-class expert in the field of cognitive and pedagogical sciences, theory of perception, teaching, writing, natural language processing, as well as intelligent tutoring systems. Director of IPIC R.R. Zamaletdinov, Deputy Director of IPIC for International Activities G.V. Sadykova, leading research staff of the laboratory "Intellectual Technologies for Text Management", created under IPIC, Professor M.I. Solnyshkina and Professor V.D. Soloviev discussed the prospects for further cooperation with the University of Arizona with Vice-rector.
