Director of Elabuga Institute of KFU meets heads of Private Moscow International School

Issues of cooperation in the field of studying the Tatar language and culture in the school in Antalya were discussed during the meeting.

Director of Elabuga Institute of KFU Elena Merzon met Lyubov Dukelskaya, head and one of the founders of the Private Moscow International School in Turkey, and Alexander Babaev, school coordinator for external relations.

The language of instruction in the school is Russian, the school provides a profound knowledge of English, and the Turkish language is studied in the scope of the regional component. Representatives of the school showed interest in studying the Tatar language and asked for assistance in organizing classes, and special courses.

A meeting is planned in autumn to work out a joint plan for cooperation in the field of studying the Tatar language and national culture.
