More than a hundred guests from Tatarstan, Russia, Belarus, Austria and the United States took part in the conference.

The participants of this major international forum were teachers, young researchers, prominent personalities of science and culture, as well as friends and followers of Mirza Makhmutov, who are studying the theory of problem-based learning.

The Open thematic lectures, round tables and scientific seminars were included in the program of the forum. Leading native and foreign specialists, teachers of KFU and of the Yelabuga Institute became moderators.
