The director of Elabuga institute of KFU has acted at the international conference "India and Russia: the cross-cultural synergy"

Elena Merzon has presented higher education institution in modern paradigms of cross-cultural communication and language training, has covered the prospects of cooperation.

At Delhi University, the work of the international conference, devoted to the 70th anniversary of creation in higher education institution of department of the Russian language and to the 70th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between India and Russia, has begun. According to organizers, it is "a worthy occasion to estimate the saved-up scientific stock, to discuss various aspects and, the most important, prospects of the unique relations between our people". About hundred scientists, researchers of India, Russia, Turkey, Georgia, Azerbaijan and other countries have gathered to the conference.

The director of Elabuga institute, the candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate professor Elena Merzon has greeted the guests on behalf of the rector of Kazan Federal University as well as organizers and participants of the event.

Speaking about the prospects of the international cooperation, Elena Merzon has said: "We will be glad to offer distant training and trainings in Russia on the basis of our higher education institution for teachers from India on modern technologies in training the Russian language as foreign through design, game (for teenagers, youth and adults) activity, with the use of innovative technologies; holding joint trainings".
