Master-classes for future teachers were conducted by 53 best teachers of the republic, teachers of lyceums, universities, "University of Talents".

Such a format for immersion of future teachers in the profession was proposed by Yelena Merzon, director of the Elabuga Institute of KFU, at the recognized annual International School Teachers Festival, which the university annually organizes.

The two-day program began with a synectic session of the Republican "University of Talents", where future teachers learned how to grow and develop themselves, to become mentors of gifted children. Further, students had the opportunity to choose master classes from practitioners in their profile and interests.

The two-day intensive program continued on November 2. During the day, public lectures and master classes were presented by the directors and the best teachers of the lyceums of the republic, in the format of a round table there was a workshop "Teacher in a modern school".

The event was finished by the solemn closing ceremony of the Student Pedagogical School "Start". Three teachers of the republic were awarded with cash prizes for winning at the competition of technological cards, which had started in the framework of the International Festival of School Teachers. Also, the results of the contest of students’ essays and the photo contest "My Teaching Practice" were summed up.
