KFU Institute of Mass Communications and 'Tatmedia' agency agreed on cooperation

The Institute of Mass Communications and Social Sciences organized the round table, where were discussed questions concerning cooperation of the University with Republican Agency on Press and Mass Communications.

In the discussion participated the Head of the Republican Agency on Press and Mass Communications “Tatmedia” Irek Minnakhmetov, Deputy General Manager OAO “Tatmedia” Syumbel Taisheva, Director of the Institute of Mass Communications and Social Sciences Nail Mukharyamov, sociologist, Doctor of Economy Alexander Yurtaev and other Institute members.

All participants expressed mutual interest in cooperation.  Changed conditions of social-economic, social-cultural and technological development claim for new methods and forms of cooperation between spheres of  education, employers and mass media editor`s offices. Thirst of all, it concerns training and retraining of specialists, because they should be able to solve problems efficiently in the terms of exponential growth of information and development of interactive communications that dramatically change the traditional distribution of roles between communicators and recipients. 

Underlining the importance of science and education integration, from one side, and Republic media organizations, from the other, participants of the “round table” came to shared understanding of current and perspective objectives, they also planned ways of cooperation. This will be joint research, educational and methodical projects, scientific-and-practical seminars, contests and further training courses. As a result there was achieved an arrangement on preparation of  agreement  on cooperation, that will cover educational, research and methodic work.
