In the opening day of a festival Alexander Shagalov will read the public lecture "Use of an Audio Recording at a Lesson as Means of Increasing Pupils' Motivation".
The absolute winner of the All-Russian competition and the youngest moderator in the history of IFShT Alexander Shagalov from Armavir conducts master classes for teachers about the general principles of use of photo at lessons. On the eve of the festival in an interview to the university newspaper "Univesti" he has reflected on the Russian literature and poetry, has shared trade secrets.
- "During school years every second pupil tries to write verses, there is desire, feeling, but there is no knowledge of laws of poetry. The teacher can help: to open secrets of size, rhythm and rhyme, to show the best samples of world poetry, to inspire. If every child tries to write verses, then it is already possible to find at an early stage really talented authors, not to miss them. Verses are a way to express the feelings, to understand them. Therefore if children even give up this "occupation", it all the same can serve them good service in the future".
- What will your master class at the Festival be devoted to?
- Photos. On the example of literature lessons (with the help of audio recordings of voices of Russian writers) I will try to show opportunities and the general principles of use of photo at lessons. A picture is the document of an epoch. It can and has to be used at a lesson.
