The research project of higher education institution on designing of environment of technical endowments of children will get financial support for realization in Tatarstan.

Winners of a competition were determined on the basis of rating by the score of the correspondence and internal examination. In the "Complex Scientific and Methodical Developments" nomination the third place is appropriated to the application "Design of multiple-factor model of development of technical endowments of children and youth" which belongs to the group of scientists of Elabuga institute of KFU. The director of institute Elena Merzon, the dean of faculty of psychology and pedagogics Alexey Panfilov, the associate professor of psychology Olga Shterz, head of the general engineering training department Olga Shatunova and also Irina Sibgatullina, the doctor of psychological sciences, professor of department of the general and special psychology and pedagogics of IRE RT have acted as authors of the project.

The teams of scientists which have become finalists following the results of a conference will get financial support for their researches, an opportunity to introduce the developments in the system of work with talents in Tatarstan and to publish their results in scientific periodicals. We will note that from among participants of NRC the personnel potential of teachers in a joint magistracy of NSPU and the University of Talents "Management of talents: potential and competences" is formed.
