The best class teacher of Tatarstan is a graduate of Elabuga Institute of KFU.

Three university graduates became leaders of a republican competition of professional skill in the sphere of children upbringing.

In total 1645 teachers participated in a creative competition. Among the class "the coolest" of the republic Svetlana Guryanova, the teacher of history and social science of Nizhnekamsk school No. 27 is recognized as the winner of the competition "Bring Up the Person". Laysan Mukhamedova, the English teacher of a gymnasium No. 1 has got the third prize-winning place. For the first time deputy chiefs of departments of education departments participated in the competition. Especially it is honorable that in a top three is one more our graduate – Anton Kuznetsov representing Elabuga region.

Elena Merzon, director of Elabuga Institute KFU - a glorious forge of teaching staff worked in the expert commission two competitive days. Elena Efimovna noted that the event was interesting, brought a lot of discoveries. The main thing is amazing people working in the school, who showed a high level of skill. As the head of the university, she was particularly pleased for our graduates excelled in the competitive program.

Svetlana Anatolyevna, who presented a master class about family relations, and Laysan Vazikhovna, who showed her occupation using the puppet theater, is planned to be invited to the institute. "I want our students to take the experience of teachers who once studied in the same classrooms, and now they have become the best in the profession," Elena Merzon noted.

Graduates shared their impressions of the contest and memories of their student years.

"The contest "Bring up a person "demands from participants not only professionalism, but also a big heart, love," Svetlana Guryanova says. The round table "Upbringing: a glance into the future" showed how many of us like-minded, high ideals and values.

Student years in the beloved, then Elabuga State Pedagogical Institute, I remember with a thrill in my heart. The most memorable are excellent teachers and classmates. I liked studying and I like it. For three years I have been coming to our university for the International Festival of School Teachers. This is an excellent platform for professional growth and communication of teachers, the opportunity to take note of the unique experience of colleagues, to prove themselves in creative competitions.

I want to address today's students: a modern school needs you - young, creative, socially active, ready-to-change teachers. Be sincere with children, because what comes from the heart - comes to the heart."

"I am obliged by a profession of the teacher of physics and computer science to Elabuga Institute of KFU, – Anton Kuznetsov noted. – Student's years were remembered by interesting occupations which conducted strong teachers. All the time we have spent learning and science. Having successfully completed physics and mathematics faculty in 2007, I was sent to the school of Mendeleevsk region. Thanks to the solid knowledge base is well established. Since 2014 I am working in the Education Department of Elabuga.

Children upbringing is a big responsibility. Competition among deputy heads of departments of education departments of upbringing work is held for the first time. It is so nice that I managed to get into the top three. It is the merit of our entire team – deputy directors of schools of upbringing work, the specialists of the Education Department and additional education of children. By the way, many of them are also graduates of our university and the professionals in their field".

"Any competition is an exchange of experience, and participation in events of this scale inspires, gives new ideas," Laysan Mukhamedova admitted. "I graduated from Elabuga State Pedagogical University in 2003. When I started working as a teacher, I immediately realized that this was my vocation. A class teacher is a person who serves as an example for children in everything: he must become a close friend for the child, empathize, understand, and appreciate.

It was not easy to study at the Faculty of Foreign Languages, but it was very interesting. Student years are the brightest and most memorable: dedication to students, creative concerts, and the first practice with children. I wish today's students not be afraid of difficulties, do their work creatively. Schools need energetic, creative and highly qualified pedagogical staff. This is exactly what our institute is preparing for. "

One of the problems raised in the competitive days at the round table was a large flow of documentation. Teachers complained that instead of working with children and parents, the class teacher has to spend a lot of time filling out the reports. This topic will be investigated by the scientists of Elabuga Institute of KFU, detailed analysis will help solve the sore point.
