- We thank the organizers, Elabuga Institute of KFU for the opening of this School. All necessary conditions have been created for us. Each master class, each lessoin conducted for us has given a lot of useful information that can be used at school.

It should be noted that the issue of the School 'Young Teacher: consolidation in the profession ", is of key importance for the Kazan Federal University in the framework of RAE" Teacher of the 21st century" project: young specalists have become participants of several applied researches relating to professional competences of a modern teacher, to the problem of overcoming communication barriers which is of great importance for the profession of a teacher, to the self-assessment of existing skills and competences, and others.
