Popular Chinese bloggers visited KFU on August 10th during their trip along the Red Route.

The Red Route is a tourist package following the life of Vladimir Ulyanov-Lenin, it was launched this year and includes Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Ulyanovsk, and Kazan. Kazan University where Lenin spent some time is, of course, one of the stops along the route. Chinese bloggers came to Kazan to make their own opinion about the whole idea and to then speak of their impressions to their audience in the biggest socialist country in the world.

After visiting the Museum of History of KFU, the Ballroom and the famous Class No.7 where Lenin frequently studied, the guests expressed their deep satisfaction.

"I would definitely like to come here once more to deeply study the days that Lenin spent here, - said Dian Ji Zheng. - I have found many new things today. For example, I was surprised that there was a time when a uniform was mandatory in the University. This is something that Chinese people can relate to, our educational institutions still have this regulation".

He also said that Kazan University is definitely a place that any communist must visit at least once in his life.

The guests also went to see the Kazan Kremlin and the Lenin Apartment Museum.
