French Entrepreneurs Interested In KFU's IT Cluster

Yannick Tranchier, founder of the first French business incubator in Moscow, toured KFU on July 10th.

The visitor’s main goal was to get familiarized with the current projects by ITIS KFU. After touring the labs Mr. Tranchier watched a presentation about the Institute’s new works in 3D visualization and text analysis. He was especially impressed by Flowito.com, a 3D visualization tool for flower arrangement. The guest and ITIS management reached a preliminary agreement to search French investors for this project.

Furthermore, it was announced that a big delegation of French business professionals will visit KFU in October this year.

Note

Among the clients of the French business incubator in Moscow are such companies as Airbus, Safran, Thales, as well as a number of French and Russian startups. The incubator specializes in transnational product management, state funding, fundraising, scouting and technology transfer, startup coaching.
