Vice-Rector for Finance

Supervises the following activities at KFU:

• Tax planning
• Developing and implementing the University's financial and commercial activities
• Implementing and improving the remuneration policy
• Improving the means and ways of funding KFU's academic, research, social and production units as well as mechanisms of acquiring and allocating funds from contractual services provided by KFU's units
• Improving the quality and comprehensiveness of information in KFU's financial reports for increased efficiency in managing funds, properties, financial performance, and forecasts
• Supporting the implementation of federal targeted programs with KFU's participation
• Forecasting revenues and expenditures as a part of budgeting system of KFU and its units

Rishat Gazizullin was born 9^th June 1978 in Yelabuga, Tatar Autonomous SSR, USSR.
