The department is preparing  post-graduate students  according to the specialty 12.00.03 - civil law, business law, family law, private international law.

For post – graduates  the following courses  are read:
• Problems of interdisciplinary legal regulation in the sphere of private law
• Actual problems of corporate law
• Problems in the theory of family law
• Civil legal regulation of relations complicated by foreign element

• The theory of modern business law
