Designed to meet the demand for those capable of:

- manage the organization implementing educational programs;

- manage business training; manage the process of organizing business training;

- manage the project;

- conduct research and development.

Based on professional standards (both current and projects):

- "Head of PA "/" Head of VET";

- "Business Training Specialist "/" Business Coach";

- "Project Management Specialist";

- "Scientific worker (scientific (research) activity)".

Contains modules such as:

- "Ensuring the activities and development of the educational organization" (9 z.u.);

- "Business Training Management" (11 z.u.);

- "Management of project and research activities in an educational organization" (11 z.u.).

The uniqueness of the program content consists in:

- training in international quality standards (management);

- group dynamics management training through business training;

- training in project management of the organization, team, students;

- training not only in the independent implementation of research and development, but also in the management of research and development.
