The field of professional activity of graduates who have mastered the bachelor's degree program includes economic, financial, marketing, production, economic and analytical services of organizations of various industries, spheres and forms of ownership; financial, credit and insurance institutions; state municipal authorities; academic and departmental research organizations; institutions of higher and secondary vocational education, secondary general education, additional education systems.

The objects of professional activity of graduates who have mastered the bachelor's degree program are the behavior of economic agents, their costs and results, functioning markets, financial and information flows, production processes.

Graduates of the direction 38.03.01 Economics, profile: "Economics and finance of organizations (implemented using remote technologies)", who have mastered the program, acquire the following competencies, i.e. the ability to apply knowledge, skills and personal qualities in accordance with the tasks of professional activity:

General cultural competencies

A graduate of the direction is able to:

• use the basics of philosophical knowledge to form a worldview position

• analyze the main stages and patterns of the historical development of society to form a civic position

• use the basics of economic knowledge in various fields of activity

• to communicate orally and in writing in Russian and foreign languages to solve the problems of interpersonal and intercultural interaction

• work in a team, tolerantly perceiving social, ethnic, confessional and cultural differences

• use the basics of legal knowledge in various fields of activity

• self-organization and self-education

• use methods and means of physical culture to ensure full-fledged social and professional activities

• use first aid techniques, methods of protection in emergency situations.

General professional competencies

A graduate of the direction is able to:

• solve standard tasks of professional activity on the basis of information and bibliographic culture with the use of information and communication technologies and taking into account the basic requirements of information security

• to collect, analyze and process data necessary for solving professional tasks

• choose tools for processing economic data in accordance with the task, analyze the results of calculations and substantiate the conclusions

• find organizational and managerial decisions in professional activities and willingness to be responsible for them

Professional competencies

A graduate of the direction is able to:

• collect and analyze the initial data necessary for calculating economic and socio-economic indicators characterizing the activities of economic entities

• on the basis of standard methods and the current regulatory framework, calculate economic and socio-economic indicators characterizing the activities of economic entities

• perform calculations necessary for drawing up economic sections of plans, justify them and present the results of work in accordance with the standards accepted in the organization

• based on the description of economic processes and phenomena to build standard theoretical and econometric models, analyze and interpret the results in a meaningful way

• analyze and interpret financial, accounting and other information contained in the reports of enterprises of various forms of ownership, organizations, departments, etc. and use the information obtained to make managerial decisions

• analyze and interpret data from domestic and foreign statistics on socio-economic processes and phenomena, identify trends in socio-economic indicators

• using domestic and foreign sources of information, collect the necessary data, analyze them and prepare an information review and/or analytical report

• use modern technical means and information technologies to solve analytical and research problems

• organize the activities of a small group created for the implementation of a specific economic project

Practitioners consolidate the knowledge and skills acquired as a result of mastering theoretical courses, develop practical skills and contribute to the complex formation of general cultural, professional and special competencies.

Educational and industrial practices are provided.
