The field of professional activity of graduates who have mastered the undergraduate program includes managerial, economic, marketing, analytical services of organizations of various industries, spheres and forms of ownership of the hotel and tourism business.

Graduates of the direction 38.03.02 Management, profile: «Management in hospitality and tourism», who have mastered the program, acquire the following competencies, i.е. ability to apply knowledge, skills and personal qualities in accordance with the tasks of professional activity:

General cultural competencies

The graduate of the direction is able to:

• search, critical analysis and synthesis of information, apply a systematic approach to solve the tasks
• determine the range of tasks within the set goal and choose the best ways to solve them, based on the current legal regulations, available resources and restrictions

Practice and research work

Practice is a type of training session that is directly focused on professional and practical training. Educational practice is aimed at the formation of primary skills and abilities of future professional activities, including familiarization and research skills. Ways of conducting industrial practice: stationary or mobile.

State Final Certification

The final state certification includes the defense of the bachelor's final qualifying work, taking into account the profile of training, as well as the passing of the state exam.

Upon completion of mastering the main professional educational program, the qualification "bachelor" is awarded.
