The field of professional activity and the sphere of professional activity in which the graduates who mastered the program of a bachelor degree can carry out professional activity: Science and education (in the sphere of preschool, elementary general, secondary general, vocational training, professional education, additional education.

The main professional educational program in the field of training 44.03.05 Teacher Education (with two profiles of training), profile: «Russian language and Foreign (English) language» is aimed at training specialists for the field of general, additional education in demand in the regional labor market.

Tasks of professional activity

Graduates prepare to solve problems of professional activity of the following types:

• Education and upbringing in accordance with educational standards requirements;
• use of technologies that correspond to the age characteristics of students and reflect the specifics of the subject area;
• ensuring educational activities that take into account special educational needs;
• organization of interaction with public and educational organizations, children's groups, parents (legal representatives) of students, participation in self-government and management of the school team to solve tasks of professional activity;
• formation of educational environment to ensure quality of education, including using information technologies;
• professional self-education and personal development;
• ensuring protection of life and health of students during the educational process.

Universal competencies

A graduate of the direction is able to:

• realize search, critical analysis and synthesis of information, apply a systematic approach to solve tasks;
• Identify the range of tasks within the stated goal and choose the best ways to solve them, taking into account existing legal norms, available resources and restrictions;
• take part in social interaction and play a role in the team;
• conduct oral and written business communication in the State language of the Russian Federation and in the foreign language (s);
• perceive the intercultural diversity of society in social and historical, ethical and philosophical contexts;
• manage their time, build and implement a lifelong self-development trajectory based on the principles of education;

General professional competencies

A graduate of the direction is able to:

• carry out professional activities in accordance with educational regulations and professional ethics;
• participate in the development of basic and additional educational programs, develop their individual components (including using information and communication technologies);
• organize joint and individual training and educational activities of students, including those with special educational needs, in accordance with the requirements of federal state educational standards;
• conduct spiritual and moral education of students on the basis of basic national values;
• monitor and evaluate the formation of educational outcomes of students, identify and correct learning difficulties;
• use psychological and pedagogical technologies in professional activities necessary for the individualization of education, development, upbringing, including students with special educational needs;
• interact with participants of educational relations as part of the implementation of educational programs;
• carry out pedagogical activities on the basis of special scientific knowledge;
• diachronic understanding and synchronous analysis of language phenomena in order to understand the mechanisms of functioning and trends in the development of the Russian language;
• identify and analyse the units of the different levels of the language system in the unity of their content, form and functions;
• have basic knowledge of the functions of language, the relationship of language and thinking, the role of language in society, linguistic universals and the laws of language development;
• have knowledge of the rules of the Russian language, literate oral and written speech;

Practice and research work

When implementing an educational program in the area of ​ ​ training, the following types of practices are provided: educational and production. Types of training practices: study practice, technological (design and technological) practice and research work (obtaining primary skills in research activities).

Practice is a mandatory section of the main educational program. It is a type of training that is directly focused on the vocational training of students. Educational practices are organized by the institute at its own bases, departments, specialized offices, as well as at facilities with which cooperation agreements and joint practical training of students have been concluded.

The following institutions are the bases of students' practice:

• Elabuga Institute of KFU
• General education organizations of the Elabuga municipal district, institutions of additional education, etc.

State Final Certification

The final state certification includes the protection of bachelor's graduation qualification work, taking into account the training profile.

Upon completion of mastering of the main professional educational program, the qualification "bachelor" is assigned.
