Areas of professional activity

Graduates of the programme can carry out professional activities in education and science (in the field of preschool, primary general, basic general, secondary general education, vocational training, vocational education, additional education).

The list of the main objects (or areas of knowledge) of the professional activity of graduates: training, education, development, implementation of programmes for basic, secondary general education, additional education.

Tasks of professional activity

• Carrying out professional activities in accordance with the normative legal acts in the field of education and the norms of professional ethics;
• Development and implementation of basic and additional educational programmes;
• Organization of joint and individual educational and educative activities of students, including those with special educational needs;
• Control and evaluation of the formation of educational results of students, identification and correction of problems in studying;
• Individualization of training, education and development of students, including those with special educational needs;
• Interaction with participants in educational relations;
• Projection and implementation of pedagogical activity based on special scientific knowledge.

Graduates of the training programme 44.03.01 Teacher Education, profile: «Physical education», who have mastered the programme, acquire the following competencies, i.e. ability to apply knowledge, skills and personal qualities in accordance with the objectives of professional activity:

Universal competencies

The graduate of the training programme is able to:

• search, carry out critical analysis and synthesis of information, apply a systematic approach to solve the tasks
• determine the range of tasks within the set goal and choose the best ways to solve them, based on the current legal regulations, available resources and restrictions
• carry out social interaction and realize his role in the team
• to carry out business communication in oral and written forms in the state language of the Russian Federation and foreign(s) language(s)
• perceive the intercultural diversity of society in the socio-historical, ethical and philosophical contexts
• manage his time, build and implement a trajectory of self-development based on the principles of lifelong education
• maintain the proper level of physical fitness to ensure full-fledged social and professional activities

The graduate of the training programme is able to:

• monitor and evaluate the formation of learning outcomes for students, identify and correct learning difficulties
• use psychological and pedagogical technologies in professional activities necessary for the individualization of training, development, education, including students with special educational needs

Practice and research work

Practice is a type of training session that is directly focused on professional and practical training. Practices reinforce the knowledge and skills acquired as a result of mastering theoretical courses, develop practical skills and contribute to the integrated formation of universal, general professional and professional competencies.

The programme includes: educational practice, industrial practice, performance of research work.

Educational practice is aimed at the formation of primary skills and abilities of future professional activity: introductory practice; technological (project and technological) practice; research work. Educational practices are carried out on the basis of the chairs of the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy of the Elabuga Institute of KFU.

Industrial practices provide experience in professional activities and ensures the readiness of the graduate of the BPEP for practical activities: technological (project and technological) practice; teaching practice.

Ways of conducting industrial practice: stationary or mobile.

The bases for industrial practices can be:

• educational organizations in Yelabuga;
• educational organizations at the student's place of residence.

State Final Certification

The final state certification includes the performance and the viva.

Upon completion of mastering the basic professional educational program, the qualification "bachelor" is awarded.
