Areas of professional activity

Graduates of the Basic professional educational program can carry out professional activities in the field 01 Education and science.

Area of professional activity: regulation of educational activities, examination of the quality of education in the field of primary general, basic general, secondary general education, vocational training, vocational education, additional education; professional and public accreditation of educational programs; control and supervision in the field of education; main objects of professional activity: educational systems, educational programs, organization of educational activities.

The objects of professional activity are: training; upbringing; management in the social sphere; educational process; pedagogical technologies; educational systems; quality management of the educational process, educational activities, expertise in education, accreditation in education.

Tasks of professional activity

• Implementation of educational programs in accordance with the requirements of federal state educational standards
• Examination of the educational process in accordance with regulatory legal acts
• Examination of educational programs in accordance with regulatory legal acts.

Competencies formed

Graduates of the direction who have mastered the program acquire the following competencies, i.е. ability to apply knowledge, skills and personal qualities in accordance with the tasks of professional activity:

Universal competencies

The graduate of the direction is able to:

• carry out a critical analysis of problematic situations based on a systematic approach, develop an action strategy
• manage the project at all stages of its life cycle
• organize and manage the work of the team, developing
• team strategy to achieve the set goal
• apply modern communication technologies, including in a foreign language(s), for academic and professional interaction
• analyze and take into account the diversity of cultures in the process of intercultural interaction

The graduate of the direction is able to:

• to carry out and optimize professional activities in accordance with the regulatory legal acts in the field of education and the norms of professional ethics
• design basic and additional educational programs and develop scientific and methodological support for their implementation
• design the organization of joint and individual educational and educational activities of students, including those with special educational needs, create and implement the conditions and principles of spiritual and moral education of students based on basic national values
• develop programs for monitoring the results of students' education, develop and implement programs to overcome learning difficulties
• design and use effective psychological and pedagogical, including inclusive, technologies in professional activities necessary for the individualization of education, development, education of students with special educational needs
• plan and organize the interaction of participants in educational relations design pedagogical activities based on special scientific knowledge and research results

Practice and research work

Practice is a type of training session that is directly focused on professional and practical training. Practitioners reinforce the knowledge and skills acquired as a result of mastering theoretical courses, develop practical skills and contribute to the integrated formation of universal, general professional and professional competencies.

The main professional educational program includes: educational practice, internship, research work.

Educational practice is aimed at the formation of primary skills and abilities of future professional activity: fact-finding practice. Educational practices are carried out on the basis of the departments of the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy of Еlabuga Institute of KFU.

Internship allows you to gain experience in professional activities and ensure the readiness of the graduate. The main professional educational program for practical activities: technological (design and technological) practice; pedagogical practice, research work

Ways of conducting internship: stationary or mobile.

The bases for passing internship can be:

• School "Universitetskaya", located in the structure of the EI KFU;
• educational organizations in Elabuga;
• educational organizations at the student's place of residence.

State Final Certification

The final state certification includes the performance and defense of the final qualifying work.

Upon completion of mastering the main professional educational program, the qualification "Master" is awarded.
