Areas of professional activity

Areas of professional activity and sphere of professional activity in which graduates who have mastered the Master's program can carry out professional activities:

• Education and science (in the field of primary general, basic general, secondary general education, in the field of scientific research.)

The objects of professional activity of graduates who have mastered the undergraduate program are the behavior of economic agents, their costs and results, functioning markets, financial and information flows, and production processes.

Tasks of professional activity

• Graduates are prepared to solve the following types of professional tasks:
• organizational and managerial;
• research;
• pedagogical.

The graduate of the direction is able to:

• carry out a critical analysis of problematic situations based on a systematic approach, develop an action strategy
• manage the project at all stages of its life cycle
• organize and manage the work of the team, developing a team strategy to achieve the goal
• apply modern communication technologies, including in a foreign language(s), for academic and professional interaction
• analyze and take into account the diversity of cultures in the process of intercultural interaction
• determine and implement the priorities of their own activities and ways to improve it based on self-assessment

General professional competencies

The graduate of the direction is able to:

• to carry out and optimize professional activities in accordance with the regulatory legal acts in the field of education and the norms of professional ethics
• design basic and additional educational programs and develop scientific and methodological support for their implementation
• design the organization of joint and individual educational and educational activities of students, including those with special educational needs
• create and implement the conditions and principles of spiritual and moral education of students on the basis of basic national values
• develop programs for monitoring the results of students' education, develop and implement programs to overcome learning difficulties
• design and use effective psychological and pedagogical, including inclusive, technologies in professional activities necessary for the individualization of education, development, education of students with special educational needs
• plan and organize the interaction of participants in educational relations
• design pedagogical activity on the basis of special scientific knowledge and research results

• ready to study the state and potential of the managed system and its macro- and microenvironment by using a set of methods for strategic and operational analysis

• is able to analyze the results of scientific research, apply them in solving specific research problems in the field of science and education, independently carry out scientific research

The compulsory part of the undergraduate program includes philosophy of education and science, methodology and methods of scientific research, a foreign language in the field of professional communication, academic writing (foreign language).

Practice is a type of training session that is directly focused on professional and practical training. Practice consolidates the knowledge and skills acquired as a result of mastering theoretical courses, develop practical skills and contribute to the integrated formation of general cultural, professional and special competencies.

Educational practice, internship and performance of research work are provided.

Educational practice is aimed at the formation of primary skills and abilities of future professional activities, including the primary skills and abilities of research activities. Ways of conducting internship: stationary or mobile.

State Final Certification

The Final state certification includes the defense of the final qualifying work, taking into account the training profile.

Upon completion of mastering the main professional educational program, the qualification "Master" is awarded.
