Areas of professional activity

Graduates of the program can carry out professional activities in education and science (in the field of primary general, basic general, secondary general education, vocational training, vocational education, additional education; in the field of scientific research).

The list of the main objects (or areas of knowledge) of the professional activity of graduates: educational programs, the educational process, the activities of subjects of education in the system of preschool education.

Tasks of professional activity

• Implementation of educational programs in accordance with the requirements of federal state educational standards;
• Examination of the educational process in accordance with regulatory legal acts;
• Examination of educational programs in accordance with regulatory legal acts.

Graduates of the direction 44.04.01 Teacher Education, profile: «Preschool education management», who have mastered the program, acquire the following competencies, i.е. ability to apply knowledge, skills and personal qualities in accordance with the tasks of professional activity:

Universal competencies

The graduate of the direction is able to:

• carry out a critical analysis of problematic situations based on a systematic approach, develop an action strategy
• manage the project at all stages of its life cycle
• organize and manage the work of the team, developing team strategy to achieve the set goal
• apply modern communication technologies, including in a foreign language(s), for academic and professional interaction
• analyze and take into account the diversity of cultures in the process of intercultural interaction
• determine and implement the priorities of their own activities and ways to improve it based on self-assessment

General professional competencies

The graduate of the direction is able to:

• to carry out and optimize professional activities in accordance with the regulatory legal acts in the field of education and the norms of professional ethics
• design basic and additional educational programs and develop scientific and methodological support for their implementation
• design the organization of joint and individual educational and educational activities of students, including those with special educational needs, create and implement the conditions and principles of spiritual and moral education of students based on basic national values
• develop programs for monitoring the results of students' education, develop and implement programs to overcome learning difficulties
• design and use effective psychological and pedagogical, including inclusive, technologies in professional activities necessary for the individualization of education, development, education of students with special educational needs
• plan and organize the interaction of participants in educational relations design pedagogical activities based on special scientific knowledge and research results

Practice and research work

Practice is a type of training session that is directly focused on professional and practical training. Student trainees reinforce the knowledge and skills acquired as a result of mastering theoretical courses, develop practical skills and contribute to the integrated formation of universal, general professional and professional competencies.

The program includes: educational practice, internship, research work.

Educational practice is aimed at the formation of primary skills and abilities of future professional activity: fact-finding practice. Educational practices are carried out on the basis of the departments of the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy of Elabuga Institute of KFU.

Internship allows you to gain experience in professional activities and ensure the readiness of the graduate of the program for practical activities: technological (design and technological) practice; pedagogical practice, research work

Ways of conducting internship: stationary or mobile.

The bases for passing internship can be:

• educational organizations in Elabuga;
• educational organizations at the student's place of residence.

State Final Certification

The final state certification includes the performance and defense of the final qualifying work.

Upon completion of mastering the main professional educational program, the qualification "Master" is awarded.
