Aim of the program
Ensuring high-quality training of qualified competitive bachelors of social work who are able to work successfully in various spheres of life (social services) and social fields.
The objects of professional activity of graduates who have mastered the bachelor's degree program are individuals, families, population groups and communities in need of social protection. Types of professional activities for which graduates who have mastered the bachelor's degree program are preparing: socio-technological; organizational and managerial; research; socio-project; pedagogical.
A graduate who has mastered the bachelor's degree program in accordance with the type (types) of professional activity that the bachelor's degree program is focused on, should be ready to solve the following professional tasks:
socio-technological activity: identification and assessment of individual citizens’ needs, families and other social groups in social security, social assistance and social services; selection and/or adaptation of standard social technologies aimed at ensuring human rights in the field of social protection for individual and public well-being; effective implementation of social work technologies and social protection measures in order to improve the living conditions of citizens and families; provision of standard social, social, medical, socio-psychological, socio-pedagogical, socio-labor, socio-legal services, as well as services to increase the communication potential of individuals and families; evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of social protection technologies for citizens, including the quality of social services; management of social risks arising in the process of human life, family and other social groups, based on modern strategies and models of social assistance; the use of technologies to activate human potential in order to improve the conditions of his life and individual well-being; representation of the interests and needs of various groups of the population in inter-professional, interfaith cooperation, in various state, public, religious organizations and structures;
project activity: participation in social project activities aimed at improving the quality of social work and ensuring the social well-being of the individual and society; pedagogical activity: participation in the organization of activities to meet the special educational needs of various population groups aimed at improving their social adaptation and rehabilitation, ensuring a healthy lifestyle; participation in the implementation of educational activities in the system of general, professional and additional education; implementation of professional self-education and personal growth.
The program is developed on the basis of the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education in the field of training 39.03.02 Social work (bachelor's degree level). The order of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation dated February 05, 2018 N 76 and the Professional standard "Specialist in social work". Order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation No. 351n dated June 15, 2020; Professional standard "Specialist of the guardianship and Guardianship authority for minors", approved by the order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation dated November 18, 2013. N 680n (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on December 26, 2013, registration N 30850); Professional standard "Family specialist", approved by the order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation dated November 18, 2013 N 683n (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on December 26, 2013, registration N 30849).
