In accordance with the Federal Law on Personal data №152-ФЗ of July 27, 2006, the update information on the invitation readiness shall be obtained solely by the Aplicant in person, through the power of attorney and via the e-mail address from which the invitation application form was forwarded. We kindly ask you to take into consideration that the information on the invitation status shall not be communicated by phone.
In accordance with the current regulations, the issuance of invitations to enter the territory of the Russian Federation has been resumed for citizens of the following countries: United Kingdom, Egypt, Republic of Cuba, Republic of Maldives, Republic of Korea, United Arab Emirates, Serbia, Turkey, Tanzania, Switzerland, Japan. Vietnam, Finland, Qatar, India will be added to the list from January 27, 2021.
To have the visa invitation filed for you, it will be necessary to provide the following set of documents to invitations@kpfu.ru
The documents include:
1. Filled in application form;
2. Passport;
3. Notarized translation of the passport;
4. Contract for studies
Your passport must be valid for at least 18 months more after you enter the territory of the Russian Federation.
Please note that it will take at least 45 days to issue the visa invitation counting from the day the documents were submitted to the Migration Service.
