One of the structural divisions of the Elabuga Institute of KFU is a training and sports complex.

The main task of the training and sports complex Yelabuga Institute is to assist in the education and training of harmoniously developed highly qualified specialists by organizing the educational activities of students, mass health, physical education, sports work among students, teachers and employees of KFU.

The Elabuga Institute of KFU has created all the conditions for physical education and sports.

1) Sports hall with addition (total area - 763, 4 sq.m., including sports area 487.7 sq.m.)

2) Educational and sports complex with a dash (total area - 1513.5 sq.m., including sports area 1423.1 sq.m.)

3) Sports and recreation camp "Burevestnik" (total area - 30,200 sq.m., including universal sports ground - 450 sq.m.)

The educational and sports complex includes - audiences for lecture and practical classes, sports halls and shooting range.

According to the curriculum of the university, students of the Elabuga Institute of KFU undergo a physical education course for the first 6 semesters of their studies. Students can engage in general physical training (GFT), in sports improvement groups by sport, or choose one of the sections of the Sports Club in which they can improve their sports shape and perform sports categories.
