The MBA program tends to achieve the ultimate training results by means of a balanced combination of the knowledge and skills that the students acquire throughout the program.

Within the training process of the MBA program interactive forms of lessons (conversational seminars, discussions, computer simulations, business and role games, analysis of specific situations, psychological and other kinds of trainings) are used and are extensively combined with extracurricular work so that our students could develop professional managerial skills. The training courses also provide an opportunity for students to meet the representatives of Russian and foreign companies, as well as state and public organizations. Masterclasses held by experts and specialists are organized within the MBA program.

Our goal is to turn out wide profile managers who would be able to approach problems taking into account the interests and perspectives of an enterprise as a whole. We want to help our students to see and consider interconnection of all functional departments of an enterprise and we believe that this interfunctional approach is being realized in the organization of the training process. Hence there appeared the idea to divide the training process into seven modules.
