Volga Region Center for Advanced Training and Professional Retraining was created within Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University after taking in consideration the demand from scientific and pedagogic community and governing body of the republic. Center provides great opportunities for professional growth of educational workers of the Republic of Tatarstan and territorial entities of the Russian Federation within Volga Federal district. It is headed by an experienced leader, Shajhelislamov Rais Falihovich, Doctor of Economic Sciences, professor.

We believe that this work, which is highly important for the system of education, should be performed using a vast scope of facilities of Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University. Its main resource is higher-education teaching personnel, characterized by high degree of professionalism and the ability to adapt to the modern-day demands, which is greatly experienced in advanced training and professional retraining of educational workers.
