1. Influence of parameters of ultraviolet laser radiation on human skin cells
Development of a laboratory prototype of a solid-state UV laser with wavelength tuning in the range 280-335 nm, with the possibility of changing the spectral width of laser radiation in the range from 10-2 nm to 3 nm and a laboratory solid-state laser pulse generator of the UV range of picosecond duration with the possibility of generating a sequence of picosecond pulses with a variable duty cycle.
Development of a model for the regulation of processes in fibroblasts and keratinocytes responsible for restore of pigment, stimulation of the genesis of fibroblasts by irradiating the ultraviolet spectrum with laser radiation, and establishing the patterns of expression of genes, proteins, growth factors, proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines in fibroblasts and keratinocytes upon laser irradiation of the ultraviolet spectral range with different parameters.

2. Thermodynamics of targeted drug delivery
Development of methods for controlling the nanothermodynamic and entropic potentials of the "cell / cell-mediated medium / drug nanopreparation" interface for the purpose of controlling the transport of drugs into the interior of cells
3. Photoinduced toxicity of fluoride nanoparticles
