Graduate theses of bachelor's and master's degree students

Theses are written on the basis of existing laboratory research. Following were submitted in 2016:

• Ruslan Ahmetsharipov: "Design and development of the framework for integration of non-standard peripheral devices".
• Nadir Manahov: "Game design and development with Microsoft Kinect for heart stroke rehabilitation".

Both Ahmetsharipov and Manahov are now in the process of obtaining their master's degree, themes of their master's dissertations are "Design and development of a surgery simulator with haptic feedback and VR immersion" and "Design and development of fitness trainer for relief and reduction of neurological pathologies with process dynamics prediction".

• Vitaliy Abramov: "Architecture design of virtual simulators of biotechnological processes".
• Azat Masaliev: "Development of virtual biolab and evaluation of its effectiveness based on social surveys".
• Mihail Popkov: "Methodology of realistic 3D-simulation of cutting of the soft tissue".
• Ilnar Khafizov: "Imitation of physical processes taking place in biological fluids and their response to physical interactions".
• Ilshat Zakirov: "Algorithms of deformation and destruction of soft tissues based on the polygonal surfaces ".
• Rinat Salemgaraev: "Design of mathematical model of a 3D digital patient".
• Ilham Vaziev: "Design and implementation of the methods of personalisation of neuroanatomical atlas".
