CONFERENCE APPLICATION
The application for participation should include: first name, last name, address, date of birth, e-mail address, academic status, academic degree, work place, position, report title, and abstract (1-2 pages). Please type “sem_MeshMethods” in the subject field of the e-mail. The acknowledgement emails will be sent to the authors by August 10, 2016.
Application deadline is July 30, 2016.
Selected by the program committee materials will be published in the journal IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering (Web of Science, Scopus).
1. Official language for IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering is English.
2. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference.
3. All submissions will be peer-reviewed based on originality, technical quality and presentation.
4. General paper page is 6 pages. Also it should need to be minimum 4 pages. The paper lesser than 4 pages cannot be accepted and the paper should not exceed 8 pages per paper.
5. Papers will be roughly reviewed by editors in 1-2 days. The first review includes the language and areas. Papers in poor expression and unrelated area will be rejected. Papers in well expression and related area will be submitted to Experts Team for reviewing.
6. Papers will be reviewed by Experts Team in 4-5 weeks.
7. We will announce the reviewing results in first time. Authors will be asked to revise their manuscripts and resubmit.
8. In the case of publication in the journal in English registration fee will be 4 000 rubles.
9. Articles must be submitted in doc and pdf format (download template).
10. Authors must provide a license agreement (download sample) in scanned form.
Important dates
Submission of registration forms and abstracts before July 30, 2016 indicating the requests for publishing in English-language journal.
Notification of acceptance – August 10, 2016.
Submission of full text articles until August 30, 2016.
Notification of acceptance of articles – September 15, 2016.
Payment – up to September 30, 2016.
Articles are not coming up in the journal theme IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering and in Russian will be published in the Conference proceedings and indexed in RISC, while the registration fee will be 1 000 rubles.
Materials up to 5 pages should be submitted by October 5, 2016 and are accepted only in electronic form (LaTeX-file, style article, open, download). Figures should be submitted in .eps format. The proceedings will be published by the beginning of the conference.
