Human Resources Department is in charge of searching and recruiting new staff for all the departments and branches of the University.

It is also responsible for:

1) personnel records;

2) work discipline and rules of conduct;

3) staff turnover analysis;

4) working out and implementing measures to strengthen work discipline, lower staff turnover, enhance productivity;

5) creating and maintaining the personnel database.
