The Naberezhnye Chelny Institute Library is the largest library of the city.

The library fund comprises over 350,000 units.

The library fund is unique and contains a collection of the oldest libraries of the city - the library of Engineering and Economics Academy and the library of JSC "KAMAZ". The composition of the library fund is universal. It is a collection of educational, reference, fiction, periodicals, information journals in print and electronic media, dissertations, theses, specifications and technical documentation.

The library services about 12,000 clients a year. The library provides free-of-charge services: four circulation desks, three reading rooms and a computer class with 20 workstations.
