The manuscript should be prepared in accordance to the following requirements.
The system to be used for the preparation of articles is LaTeX. All requirements and stylesheets can be found attached: manuscript template and style sheet
The heading of the article should include indented:
Universal Decimal Classification (UDC) number flush left;
the title of the article in bold type, capital letters, aligned center (consisting of no more than 12 words);
authors' initials and second names in italics, aligned center.
References should be given in square brackets in the text (e.g., [1]); if there is more than one reference, then [1, 3-8]; if a page should be specified, then it is [1, p. 254-256].
The list of references (References) should appear at the end of the article and should be arranged according to the sequence of citations in the text (where the number of the reference is given in square brackets). Citations of unpublished materials are not allowed. Bibliographic description must include the title of article or book, and all authors. City, publisher, year of publishing, and total number of pages should be given for books. Journal's title, publication date, volume and issue numbers, beginning and end pages, and doi (if available) should be given for articles. In case of indirect citations, "see" should be placed before the respective source (cited indirectly). References to electronic resources should include the authors (if available), title and year of the publication, and the access mode.The list of references should contain only those sources which are referred to in the text. Figures in wmf, emf, eps vector formats or bmp and jpeg raster formats should have a resolution of no less than 600 dpi.
The complete information about the authors including their full names, academic degrees, academic status, affiliation, address of the organization, position, contact phones and e-mails should be given on a separate page.
Summary in the Russian and English languages should be presented as a separate page. It includes title, full names of authors, main body of Summary, and keywords (up to 10 word combinations). The guidelines for writing Summary can be found here.
