The department runs educational and research laboratory "Cultural linguistics and lexicography"

The laboratory provides new scientific results, development of scientific and pedagogical potential of KFU and implementation of new teaching material into educational process and production.

Functions of the laboratory:

- Organization of scientific research in accordance with the approved research plans of KFU, as well as in the framework of the grants received from various Russian and foreign foundations and organizations;

- Providing scientific and methodical, consulting, expert and other kinds of services in accordance with the main research areas and laboratory operation tasks for enterprises and organizations of various forms of ownership and spheres of activity, as well as for individuals;

- Conducting scientific seminars on relevant scientific fields;

- Assistance in the preparation of bachelors, masters, postgraduate and doctoral students in areas of "Philology" and "Pedagogical education".
