Sport is one of the main directions in the Institute of International Relations, History and Oriental Studies that offers all the necessary conditions for students’ physical development. All of the practices and workouts take place in “Moskva”, “Bustan” and “Unics” sports complexes.
Every year athletes of the Institute become winners of KFU Spartakiads. For example, men’s basketball team is a 4-time “Levchenko Cup” winner. In 2013, women’s volleyball team became the 3rd among first-year students, and, in 2014, men’s football team became silver-medalists. 
About 600 students of our Institute attend sports sections of Kazan Federal University.
“Health Train”, when the students go skiing in the winter forest in Zelenodolsk, has already become traditional.
Also our scholars take part in such sport events as “Cup of 4”, “Nations’ cross” and others.
